The Project
Develop festive copy that sells tickets to the Boston Pops’ holiday concerts, sells access passes to the digital performance available for streaming, and contributes to a wonderful concert experience for audiences at Symphony Hall.
The Strategy
Reassure audiences with details of the venue’s health and safety protocols, present the streaming access pass as the perfect gift without any shipping delays, and keep signage copy short and sweet.
