BSO, Inc. Website Redesign
The Project
Help to launch a new website for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Inc. (encompassing bso.org, tanglewood.org, bostonpops.org, and symphonyhall.org). As part of a four-person team, I wrote and edited copy and helped reimagine the structure and organization of each site.
The Strategy
Make each site more user-friendly by removing repetitive information, presenting content in streamlined layouts, and using language that sounds more human.
The Result
In the first three months post-launch:
Conversions increased by 20%
Transactions increased by 14%
Overall revenue increased by 4%
